Innovation Leads the Way at Gibson's CES Exhibit in Las Vegas, Jan. 8 - 11 : Gibson Products are the Stars, Interactive Areas for the Ultimate Fan Experience

Gibson will showcase innovative and new products to be displayed at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 8-11, 2009. The Gibson Guitar exhibit is located at CP1 in Central Plaza is outside the main entrance of the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year Gibson is offering fans at CES the chance to demonstrate their own musical greatness by experiencing Gibson and Baldwin instruments and Gibson Gear through interactive setups throughout the booth. Interactive stations will be set up for fans to engage and experience each area.

Justin Hawkins and Hot Leg Launch Dark Fire in London

Billy Bragg Hits the Gibson Guitar Studio Stage

Legendary British musician Billy Bragg performed a special live set in the Gibson Guitar Studio in London’s West End. Billy was joined on stage by a number of special guest artists such including Jon McClure from Reverend and the Makers, Sam Duckworth AKA Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Otis Gibbs (currently on tour with Billy),The Mentalists and Kieran Leonard. Billy's set followed the first screening of "Jail Guitar Doors" which documented a year in the campaign’s progress and featured the specially customized Epiphone acoustic and electric guitars. Billy ended with a rendition of his classic hit “New England” accompanied by all girl band the Mentalists.
